FY 2024-25 Budget Hearing Materials
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has released its Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget hearing materials, which detail executive authorizations for State Stores Fund operations. The proposed General Operations budget is $840.2 million, with total executive authorizations of approximately $2.79 billion covering liquor purchases, transfers to the General Fund, and comptroller operations.
PLCB FY 2024-25 Annual Report Shows $3.16B Sales
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) published its Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Report covering July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Total sales reached $3.16 billion (including liquor and sales taxes), representing a $20.7 million or 0.65% decrease compared to the prior fiscal year. Net income totaled $135.2 million, a decrease of $106.9 million or 44.2% from fiscal year 2023-24, driven primarily by increased payroll, benefits, and pension costs. The PLCB contributed $876.6 million to state and local governments during the fiscal year.
