The North Dakota State Board of Pharmacy has published its meeting agenda for March 19, 2026. The meeting covers pharmacy licensing and remodel requests (CVS Pharmacy Fargo, Keycare Pharmacy Minot, Sanford South University), telepharmacy expansion (Thrifty White Drug Cavalier), a disciplinary stipulation (RPh6566), foreign pharmacy internship review, and discussion of inspection cycles, a potential special legislative session, 340B lawsuits, and the NABP Annual Meeting.

Pharmacist Licensure Examination Notice May NDSU Fargo Deadline April 24

The North Dakota State Board of Pharmacy has issued notice of its May pharmacist licensure examination to be held at NDSU College of Pharmacy in Fargo. Candidates must submit applications by April 24. The examination consists of errors and omissions, oral examination, and operative examination components, in addition to NAPLEX and MPJE exams administered by NABP.
