Revocation of VOR Federal Airway V-320 near Mount Pleasant, Michigan

The FAA has issued a final rule revoking VOR Federal Airway V-320 in the vicinity of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, effective July 9, 2026 at 0901 UTC. The action is necessitated by the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Mount Pleasant VOR/DME navigational aid as part of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network program. Fatty Acids from Indonesia and Malaysia; Preliminary Injury Determination

The US International Trade Commission determined there is reasonable indication that the US fatty acids industry is materially injured by reason of less-than-fair-value imports and subsidized imports from Indonesia and Malaysia.
