CPSC received 163 reports of incidents including corneal lacerations, temporary vision loss, and injuries requiring stitches, many involving children as young as nine years old.

The importer Melofaver US must provide consumers with a full refund upon destruction of the product.

GCA Launches Targeted Investigation Into Amazon for Payment Delays 2022-2025
