The recall affects approximately 100 and 200 capsule bottles with lot numbers 25E04, 25E04-A, and 25E04-B, expiration date 05/27. The products were distributed nationwide from September 2025 through March 2026 and may contain undeclared egg, hazelnut, and soy allergens, posing a risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions.
