Happiness Light LED Lights Recall Due to Coin Battery Hazard

CPSC has issued recall number 26-403 for approximately 2,800 Happiness Light LED lights sold on Amazon.com from March 2024 through February 2026 for about $20. The lights violate Reese's Law and the mandatory federal standard for consumer products containing button cell or coin batteries because the CR2032 lithium coin batteries can be easily accessed by children, posing an ingestion hazard. Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled products, submerse components in water, and email a photo to usa@happinesslight.com for a full refund.

Muscccm Pool Drain Covers Recalled Due to Entrapment and Drowning Hazards; About 480 Units

CPSC announced a recall of about 480 Muscccm pool drain covers sold on Amazon from February through March 2026 for approximately $19. The recalled covers violate the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act entrapment protection standards, posing entrapment and drowning hazards to swimmers and bathers. Consumers are offered a refund upon removing the drain cover and submitting a photo to SZ Hengxun.

Prestige Import Group Recalls Supernova and Typhoon Lighters Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

CPSC announced that Prestige Import Group is recalling approximately 4,300 Supernova and Typhoon butane torch lighters. The lighters violate the mandatory standard for cigarette lighters because they lack required child-resistant mechanisms, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards. The lighters also failed to meet pre-market submission requirements for demonstrating child-resistant safety compliance.

Head USA Recalls 1,365 Ski Boots Due to Fall Hazard

CPSC announced a Fast Track recall of approximately 1,365 Head Ski Boots sold in the United States due to fluorescent yellow boot shell and sole insert materials that can deteriorate and break, posing a fall hazard. Head USA will provide free replacement boots or sole inserts upon return of the recalled products. No injuries have been reported.

Maitys Magnetic Drinkware Charms Recall Due to Magnet Ingestion Hazard

CPSC announced a recall of approximately 16,400 Maitys magnetic drinkware charms sold on Amazon between October 2022 and January 2026 for about $8. The charms violate the mandatory federal standard for magnets because they contain loose, high-powered magnets posing serious ingestion hazards to children, including intestinal perforations and death. Consumers are advised to stop use immediately and obtain a full refund by disposing of the product and submitting a photo.

Seasonal Specialties Recalls Members Mark 7' Pre-Lit Twinkling Bucks Due to Burn Hazard

CPSC announced a recall of approximately 2,460 Members Mark 7-foot Pre-Lit Twinkling Buck decorative items sold by Seasonal Specialties due to a burn hazard. The wires may be connected incorrectly, causing the current limiting resistor to overheat and produce smoke. Five reports of smoke and burning smell have been received with no injuries reported. Consumers who purchased from SamsClub.com between August and December 2025 for about $170 should contact Seasonal Specialties for a full refund or free repair kit.

Wybotics Recalls Robotic Pool Vacuums Due to Burn and Fire Hazards

CPSC has ordered Wybotics to recall approximately 3,100 Wybot S1 and Wybot Osprey 700 Max robotic pool vacuums due to serious burn and fire hazards. The lithium-ion battery in these products can overheat, posing injury and property damage risks to consumers. Retailers and consumers must immediately cease use and contact Wybotics for a full refund.
