An Easter Message from the Premier, Hon. André M. Ebanks, MP
Greetings Cayman,
As we enter this sacred Easter season, I come to you as your Premier but even more, as a fellow believer, to encourage us all to pause and reflect on the life, sacrifice and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour.
Holy Week reminds us that in Christ, our ultimate Promise Keeper, renewal is assured. It calls us to live with Christ-like character and to carry His spirit forward in our daily lives.
This will happen when we take this time as a blessing – to rest, to worship, to spend time with family, and to reflect deeply. I can tell you that Members of the NCFC Government will do the same, because we know that these times of refreshing give us renewed strength to serve our people, for a stronger and fairer Cayman.
Let this be a season of renewal for each of us, so that we return stronger and ready to continue the work and the mission we are each called to do, with purpose and love.
And for inspiration, remember these timeless words from Isaiah 40:31: “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles.”
May God bless you and your families this Easter season. *Happy Easter, and may God continue to bless the Cayman Islands.
Listen to the Premier's voicenote.
