Arbitrator Evaluation Survey Deadline April 22

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has announced that the arbitrator evaluation survey deadline is April 22, 2026. Parties who have had direct interaction with arbitrators seeking reappointment may submit evaluations via an online form. The Chairman evaluates arbitrators seeking reappointment under Section 14 of the Act and may recommend them to the Governor. Electronic payment options for assessments and self-insurance fees are also now available.

November 2024 Commission Calendar, Electronic Payments, Evaluation Survey

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission published the November 2024 Commission Calendar and announced that assessments and self-insurance fees can now be paid electronically via ePAY.
