TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Today, Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia announced the arrest of Carlos Antonio Maradiaga Garcia, a criminal illegal alien who has been charged with committing insurance fraud totaling almost $300,000. The arrest was made by the Department of Financial Services Criminal Investigations Division in Jacksonville.
Chief Financial Officer Blaise Ingoglia said, “I have made it abundantly clear that those who are committing fraud in the state of Florida will face the fullest extent of the law, especially those who are in this country illegally.
