Arkansas Psychology Board via Teleconference Special Board Meeting October 10, 2025 12:30PM CALL TO ORDER The Arkansas Psychology Board meeting was called to order by Chair Edward Kleitsch, at 12:32PM. ROLL CALL Board members present: Dr. Edward Kleitsch, Dr. Joyce Fowler, Mr. Jon Priest, Ms. Aaron Holwick and Mr. Ferguson Stewart. Staff members present: Mr. Colin Davies and Ms. Brandi Thompson. Mr. William Puddephatt was present as the Board's Attorney General's representative. APPROVAL OF AGENDAS Dr. Fowler made a motion to ratify the August 15, 2025 and September 19, 2025 agenda items as recommended. Mr. Priest seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. ADJOURNMENT Adjourned at 12:40PM
