Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for Clinch River Nuclear Unit 1

The NRC issued a final supplemental environmental impact statement (SEIS) for Tennessee Valley Authority's Clinch River Nuclear Site Unit 1 construction permit application. The SEIS evaluates environmental impacts of constructing one GE Vernova Hitachi BWRX-300 small modular reactor in Roane County, Tennessee. Crop Insurance Agency Interpretation Procedures Amended

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is amending its regulations to align final agency determination procedures with Supreme Court precedent in Perez v. Mortgage Bankers Ass'n (2015) and the Administrative Procedure Act. This final rule clarifies that interpretive determinations are not matters of general applicability and removes provisions making such determinations binding on Federal judges and the National Appeals Division. The rule also removes Federal crop insurance policy provisions from the Code of Federal Regulations, effective May 1, 2026.
