  • Between Friday, April 17, at 5:00 PM and Monday, April 20, at 6:00 AM, Cleveland Brothers Road will be closed, while the contractor works on the pipe replacement. Drivers can access Cleveland Brothers Road using a temporary access road.

    Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. is the prime contractor for this $3.2 million resurfacing project and pipe replacement project. Previously completed work includes the mill and resurface of Route 405 between Route 44 in Delaware Township, Northumberland County and Route 54 in Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County. Additional work in the project included an application of an epoxy overlay, guiderail upgrades, and embankment repair, of the existing bridge that carries Route 405 over the railroad tracks, and embankment repairs near the existing bridge that carries Route 405 over Delaware Run. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed in May 2026.
