Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12FPC326Q0007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for (Southern California National Resources Inventory (NRI) Data Collection Services. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide services as described in accordance with the work statement attached hereby made a part of this solicitation.

This requirement will be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period (FY26 measuring season) and four option periods (FY27 through FY30 measuring seasons). The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation.  Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services.  The small business size standard is $19.0M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The estimated period of performance is April 15, 2026 – January 31, 2027, for the base period and February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2031, for every option period thereafter, if exercised.
