The Client is conducting a competitive, flexible procedure comprised of two tendering stages. Suppliers are invited to tender for this opportunity, with Stage 1 of the tendering process - referred to as the 'PQQ' - commencing from 1st April with a response deadline of 27th April at midday.
The Stage 1 criteria sets out the mandatory compliance requirements alongside a scored assessment of technical experience and capability with a full 100% weighting.
Subject to evaluation, a shortlist of highest scoring bidders will be invited to proceed to Stage 2 of the tendering process which will include a further, scored assessment of technical and commercial criteria.
