REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
A firm fixed price purchase order subject to the Service Contract act is planned.
This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 03/13/2026.

Requirement:
The USGS Western Ecological Research Center requires research and data synthesization in support of a fire ecological project.
The contractor shall:
use statistical analyses to diagnose how fire response strategies vary statewide in California and provide research in digital formats.
Contractor requirements:
Contractor will assume all tasks related to statistical analyses of ecological data. Contractor shall provide the necessary staff and equipment to perform the task outlined in the statement of work.
Submission instructions:
Signed SF18 and any amendments if applicable.
Firm fixed price quote with full breakdown.
