Kenosha Wisconsin 2015 Ozone Moderate Attainment Plan

EPA Region 5 finalized the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Kenosha County, Wisconsin to demonstrate attainment of the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for the Moderate nonattainment area. The plan includes emissions inventories, reasonably available control measures (RACMs), and transport provisions.\n\nStates and regulated entities in Kenosha County should review the approved control measures and ensure compliance with any new or modified requirements for ozone precursor emissions. Sources in the nonattainment area should coordinate with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regarding any new permitting conditions or emissions limitations.
