This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for Range Road 251 Reconstruction, Highway 37, RR 251 Intersection Upgrade, and Intersection Traffic, as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”).
Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Earthworks and Grading, including Common and Borrow Excavation;
• Asphalt Concrete Pavement
• Granular Base Course
