ANNOUNCEMENT

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announces that the Form 87-03-01 (Calculation of the annual fees) has been updated in order to include annual fees for 2025 and has been published on the CySEC website (87-03-01). CIFs are obliged to complete the revised Form 87-03-01 for the calculation of their annual fees. For the calculation of their annual fees, the CIFs are required to complete the grey cells in fields 1.5 – 1.7 of Form 87-03-01, in accordance with the instructions provided therein. Furthermore, upon its submission to CySEC, CIFs should include the following as Annexes:

The extract from the audited financial statements where the total turnover of
the corresponding year (2025) is disclosed.
Evidence of the payment of the annual fees to the CySEC.
The completed and duly signed Form 87-03-01 must be submitted to CySEC, electronically via the online portal, within four months from the end of each financial year, i.e. no later than 30 April, together with the payment of the annual fee.
