ANNOUNCEMENT

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) announces that, the

investment compartment M-RinIT2 (LEI 254900VE0JE4XNCIYX87) of the AIF Monterock

Investments AIF V.C.I.C. Plc (LEI 254900XQRXRWLYFXAB57) (‘the AIF’), with License

Number AIF47/2018, is dissolved and put into liquidation, as a result of the total redemption of its units, in accordance with article 63(1)(d) of the Alternative Investment

Funds Law of 2018 (‘the Law’).

The dissolution of the investment compartment of the AIF was communicated to CySEC, as per article 52(6) of the Law, by its external manager, the company Byron Capital Partners Ltd. It is noted that the investment compartment is put into voluntary liquidation.
