ANNOUNCEMENT

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) announces that, the external

manager 7Q Asset Management Ltd of the company ELINET RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (‘RAIF’) with Registration Number

RAIF174, has informed CySEC as per article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018 (‘the Law’), of the initiation of a procedure for the dissolution and liquidation

of the RAIF. It is noted that until the completion of the RAIF’s dissolution and liquidation, it shall remain registered in the RAIF’s Registry and appear on CySEC’s website, with a notice stating “under liquidation”. According to article 138(9) of the Law, CySEC shall delete the RAIF from the RAIF’s Register once its dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.
