RIIO-2 RFPR Template and Guidance Proposed Modifications for 2026

Ofgem is consulting on proposed modifications to the Regulatory Financial Performance Reporting (RFPR) template and guidance for Gas and Electricity transmission and distribution network companies under the RIIO-2 framework. The modifications include general updates to guidance, input data, and parameters for the 2025/26 reporting year. Responses are requested from network companies by 12 May 2026.

Renewable Electricity Register Letter of Authorisation Template

Ofgem published a Letter of Authorisation template for the Renewable Electricity Register (RER), applicable to REGO, RO, and FIT schemes. The template is for organisations creating accounts on the RER or amending authorised signatory details. It must be completed on company headed paper and signed by an authorised signatory before submission.

Idaho Power CCOS Methodology Evaluation, Case IPC-E-26-07

Idaho Power Company petitioned the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to open a dedicated docket evaluating the Company's Class Cost-of-Service (CCOS) methodology, including examination of alternative methodologies such as EFAC, AED-4CP, Hourly-Informed, and P&T approaches. Wavenation LLC Other Telecommunications Service Provider Acknowledgment

Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association Granted Intervention in Idaho Power Rate Case

The Idaho Public Utilities Commission granted Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association's petition to intervene in Case No. IPC-E-26-07, Idaho Power Company's cost-of-service rate methodology proceeding. No party timely opposed the intervention petition. The Commission found intervention would serve the purposes described by Commission Rule 74. All parties must comply with Commission Rules 71-75 and 222-223, serve documents on all parties of record, and comply with prior Order No. 35375.
