WAV-T-25-01 ) LLC'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO ) OPERATE AS AN "OTHER MINUTE ORDER ) TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE )PROVIDER" WITHIN THE STATE ) OF IDAHO ) On December 3, 2025, Wavenation, LLC, an affiliate of Airus, Inc. and Peerless Network of Idaho, LLC ("Company"), submitted a Notice of Intent ("Notice") to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") to operate as an "Other Telecommunications Service Provider" within the State of Idaho. On January 21, 2026, the Company Submitted an Amended Notice. At the Commission Decision Meeting on April 7, 2026, Commission Staff ("Staff") presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice and Amended Notice submitted by the Company. Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice and Amended Notice filed by the Company informing the Commission that it will be operating in the State of Idaho as an "Other Telecommunications Service Provider."
