DOPL Waives Real Estate Commission Renewal Fees Effective January 2026

The Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) announced it will waive renewal fees for Real Estate Commission license types including Broker, Branch Office, Company, and Salesperson. The fee holiday takes effect January 1, 2026, and applies only to license renewals, not initial licenses. DOPL states the waiver is intended to reduce excessive cash balances per statutory cash balance requirements.

North Education Council Seeks Member, Idaho, July 14th
