Abstract

A hair processing agent or a fiber processing agent for a headwear product, which contains (I) components (A) to (C) and has a content of water of 10% by mass or less, or (II) components (A), (B1), (C) and (D): (A) a film-forming polymer containing an M unit represented by (R1)3SiO1/2 where R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms optionally substituted with fluorine or a hydroxy group, each R1 being the same or different and a Q unit represented by SiO4/2; (B) a film-forming polymer other than the component (A); (B1) a film-forming polymer other than the component (A), excluding a cationic polymer containing a quaternary ammonium cation; (C) a high-molecular-weight organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 2,200 or more and 20,000 or less; and (D) an organopolysiloxane other than the components (A), (B1), and (C), having a polyalkylene oxide moiety and a cationic group.
