sono falsi e non riconducibili all’impresa.
LÄNSFÖRSÄKRINGAR AB (PUBL) è un’impresa di assicurazione con sede in Svezia, sottoposta alla vigilanza dell’Autorità del Paese di origine (Finansinspektionen), abilitata ad operare in Italia in
regime di libera prestazione di servizi in vari rami danni, fra cui il ramo 15 - Cauzione, ma non emette
polizze fideiussorie, come indicato anche nel Registro Imprese e Gruppi Assicurativi (RIGA).
L’IVASS raccomanda di adottare le opportune cautele nella valutazione di offerte assicurative e
consiglia ai consumatori di controllare, prima del pagamento del premio, che i preventivi e i contratti siano riferibili a imprese e intermediari regolarmente autorizzati e, a tal fine, di consultare sul sito www.ivass.it: − gli elenchi delle imprese italiane ed estere ammesse ad operare in Italia (elenchi generali ed elenchi specifici per la r. c. auto, italiane ed estere); − l’elenco delle imprese autorizzate al ramo cauzione con l’indicazione della modalità di verifica telematica delle polizze, consultabile nella pagina dedicata; − il Registro unico degli intermediari assicurativi (RUI) e l’Elenco degli intermediari dell’Unione Europea; − la lista dei siti delle imprese vigilate dall’IVASS e degli intermediari regolarmente iscritti al RUI;
