DallBogg: Third Contract Prohibition Extended to Bulgaria

IVASS notifies Italian consumers that the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) on 2 April 2026 extended an existing prohibition against DallBogg: LIFE AND HEALTH to Bulgaria. The insurer is barred from concluding new insurance or reinsurance contracts in any branch, extending contract duration, or expanding coverage. Existing policies remain in force. DallBogg operates in Italy under freedom-of-services, primarily in auto liability (RC auto) and to a lesser extent in suretyship.
