Immigration Borders Bill

The Parliament of Canada passed Bill C-12, the Immigration Borders Bill, receiving Royal Assent on March 26, 2026 (Statutes of Canada 2026, c. 4). The bill underwent comprehensive legislative review through the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security, which reported it with amendments.
