What changed

The New Jersey Professional Counselor Examiners Committee issued a Summary Order of Suspension against licensed professional counselor Tara M. King (License No. 37PC00161400). The suspension stems from the licensee's failure to respond to two separate letters of inquiry from the Board sent via multiple delivery methods, constituting failure to cooperate with a Board investigation under N.J.A.C. 13:45C-1.2 and 1.3, deemed professional misconduct pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:1-21(e).
