Anthony Arter Extends Pensions Ombudsman Term
The Department for Work and Pensions and The Pensions Ombudsman announced the extension of Anthony Arter's term as Pensions Ombudsman for twelve months. Annual Report and Accounts 2024 to 2025
The Pensions Ombudsman and Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman published their combined annual report and accounts covering 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. The report provides an overview of the organisations' activities handling pension complaints impartially and free of charge. The organisations are non-departmental public bodies funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, with costs largely recovered from the general levy on pension schemes administered by The Pensions Regulator.
