PSYPACT Proposes Fee Rules, $6k Max, Comments Due Feb 20

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) Commission has published proposed rules to add a formula review mechanism for Annual Assessment fees and cap the maximum fee at $6,000 per jurisdiction. The proposed rules are open for a 60-day public comment period ending February 20, 2026. Stakeholders may submit written comments via the PSYPACT website at psypact.gov.
