TO KENTUCKY UTILITIES COMPANY Kentucky Utilities Company (KU), pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, shall file with the Commission an electronic version of the following information. The information requested is due on April 13, 2026. The Commission directs KU to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085 regarding filings with the Commission. Electronic 1 documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. Each response shall include the question to which the response is made and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or the

KU shall make timely amendment to any prior response if KU obtains information that indicates the response was incorrect or incomplete when made or, though correct or complete when made, is now incorrect or incomplete in any material respect. For any request to which KU fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, KU shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. Careful attention shall be given to copied and scanned material to ensure that it is legible. When the requested information has been previously provided in this proceeding in the requested format, reference may be made to the specific location of that information in responding to this request. When applicable, the requested information shall be separately provided for total company operations and jurisdictional operations. When filing a paper containing personal information, KU shall, in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(10), encrypt or redact the paper so that personal information cannot be read.

Revenues (2) + Group 2 Base Rate Fuel Component (3) = $146,424,166. Explain this discrepancy and provide any necessary corrections.

1. Refer to ES Form 3.10, for the expense month ended July 2025. Base Rate
   Kentucky Retail Revenues, Line 1, does not match to the sum of the amounts reported on ES Form 3.00. ES Form 3.10 Line 1 Base rate revenue is listed as $173,900,569, but the sum of the amounts reported for Group 1 Non-fuel Base Rate Revenues (2) + Group 1 Base Rate Fuel Component (3) + Group 2 Non-fuel Base Rate Revenues (2) + Group 2 Base Rate Fuel Component (3) = $173,900,984. Explain this discrepancy and provide any necessary corrections.

2. Refer to KU’s response to Commission Staff’s First Request for Information,
   Item 2, Attachment KU ECR DR1 Attachment to Q1 and Q2 - (CN 2026-00003), Input Tab.

3. For each expense month under review the ECR Billing Factor
   Revenues (Group 1), column 19; ECR Billing Factor Revenues (Group 2), column 20; Billing Factors (Group 1), column 24; and Billing Factors (Group 2), column 25 amounts do not match ES Form 1.10 from KU’s monthly filings. Provide a reconciliation of any discrepancies in a format in accordance with Item 3(c).

Form 3.00”. Confirm it should state Form 1.10. If not confirmed, explain the response.
