East Kentucky Power Project 44 Conference Scheduling Order

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION In the Matter of:

O R D E R On March 16, 2026, East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. (EKPC) filed a motion requesting that the Commission schedule an informal conference for the purpose of discussing issues relating to Project 44. 1 Having reviewed the motion and being otherwise sufficiently advised, the Commission finds that EKPC's motion should be granted. A virtual informal conference is scheduled on April 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Commission Staff will contact participants by electronic mail to provide details for joining the conference by video link. On March 27, 2026, EKPC filed a motion for extension of time to respond to

Commission Staff's second rehearing request for information, stating that the issues

raised therein will be addressed at the informal conference, where EKPC can provide additional clarification. The Commission finds that good cause exists to extend the 2

deadline for EKPC's response to the outstanding request for information currently due

March 27, 2026. Because the subject of that request is expected to be discussed at the informal conference, extending the deadline will allow EKPC to clarify any issues with Commission Staff and provide more complete and informed responses. Accordingly, the

deadline for EKPC's response is extended to April 13, 2026.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:

1. EKPC's motion for an informal conference is granted.

2. An informal conference is scheduled on April 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. Eastern
   Daylight Time.

3. Commission Staff will contact participants by electronic mail to provide
   details for joining the conference by video link.

4. EKPC's motion for extension of time is granted.

5. EKPC's deadline to respond to the outstanding request for information
   currently due March 27, 2026, is extended to April 13, 2026.
