Abstract
Provided are a positive electrode active material, a positive electrode plate, a battery cell, a battery and an electrical apparatus, which belongs to the technical field of secondary batteries. The positive electrode active material includes a lithium-rich manganese-based material and a lithium-containing phosphate, in which, the lithium-rich manganese-based material includes solid particles and hollow particles, the hollow particle including a shell and a cavity provided inside the shell.
