A Agência Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), representada pela Diretora Lorena Giuberti, particip ou da primeira edição do Seminário de Serviços Datificados: plataformas governamentais e novas relações entre Estado e sociedade, que aconteceu no dia 16 de abril, em São Paulo/SP. O evento é a primeira de uma série de ações do Grupo de Trabalho (GT) sobre Serviços Públicos Datificados do CGI.br e contou com a p resença de especialistas, gestores públicos, representantes da sociedade civil, universidades e setor empresarial.
A Diretora Lorena Gi u berti foi uma das palestrantes da terceira mesa de debates e encerrou o seminário. Intitulada Governança dos Serviços Públicos Digitais: instituições, regulação e coordenação, a me sa tr ouxe para o debate que a proteção de dados e digitalização não são agendas opostas. “A L ei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) traz um arcabouço regulatório para que o tratamento de dados no setor púbico po s sa acontecer de forma segura e protegida.", destacou a diretora.
De acordo com os organizadores do evento, o s debates ocorridos ao longo do seminário servirão de subsídio para a continuidade das atividades do GT e para futuras atuações do CGI.br. O foco está em fortalecer a construção de políticas que garantam uma infraestrutura digital pública resiliente, justa e alinhada ao interesse público.
