Por solicitud de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, un juez de control de garantías impuso medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario contra Jonathan Fernando Quiñónez Toledo y Jhohan Sebastián Hermosa Jáuregui, por su presunta responsabilidad en el transporte de un arma de fuego en Yaguará (Huila).
Un fiscal de la Seccional Huila les imputó el delito de fabricación, tráfico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones agravado. Los procesados no aceptaron el cargo.
Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 20 de abril, en vía pública del barrio Las Mercedes de Yaguará, en un puesto de control instalado por la Policía Nacional, los uniformados detuvieron una motocicleta, en la que se transportaban los procesados y durante la inspección les habría sido encontrada un arma de fuego y municiones.
Estos hombres fueron capturados en flagrancia y se les incautaron los elementos hallados, la motocicleta y dos celulares.
