La Fiscalía General de la Nación presentó ante jueces de control de garantías a dos personas que estarían involucradas en hechos de violencia intrafamiliar registrados en marzo y abril del año en curso en Ocaña (Norte de Santander).
Inicialmente fue capturado en flagrancia un hombre, que el pasado 18 de abril, habría llegado a su vivienda en el barrio Colinas del Tanque y, al parecer, agredió físicamente a su compañera sentimental, causándole lesiones en el rostro.
La captura fue realizada por uniformados de la Policía Nacional, tras el llamado de la comunidad. El hombre fue imputado por el delito de violencia intrafamiliar.
En un segundo hecho, un hombre fue capturado por orden judicial como presunto responsable del delito de violencia intrafamiliar agravada. Los hechos investigados ocurrieron el pasado 17 de marzo en el barrio Los Olivos, donde, al parecer, el investigado agredió física y psicológicamente a su compañera sentimental y a sus dos hijos menores de edad, ocasionándoles lesiones.
Durante las audiencias concentradas los procesados no aceptaron los cargos imputados y fueron afectados con medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario.
