Meeting Notification The Massachusetts Gaming Commission to hold Public Meeting Topics include: Casino quarterly reports, an update to Penn Sports Interactive's House Rules, and more WHO: Members of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission including Chair Jordan Maynard and Commissioners Paul Brodeur, Brad Hill, Eileen O'Brien, and Nakisha Skinner WHAT: The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #583 on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Once the meeting is called to order, the Commission will review the meeting minutes from January 29 and February 9, 2026, Commission meetings. The meeting is expected to enter executive session to review minutes from previous executive sessions on January 13, 2023, July 27, 2023, February 1, 2024, November 12, 2025, and November 20, 2025. Once the meeting returns from executive session, Executive Director Dean Serpa will provide an administrative update. The Community Affairs Division will then present quarterly reports for Encore Boston Harbor, Plainridge Park Casino, and MGM Springfield. This will be followed by an update on the FY2027 Community Mitigation Fund grant applications. The Sports Wagering Division will then provide updates to Penn Sports Interactive's House Rules. The Commission will also consider a request from MGM Springfield to pay out lost wagers, as well as a petition by FanDuel to add SIS eSports to the event catalog. The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will present their recommendation for the assessment of a Civil Administrative Penalty regarding noncompliance related to email communications sent by Bally's Interactive, LLC. The Legal Division will then lead Commissioners in discussions on two regulations, 205 CMR 116.10: Interim Authorization and 205 CMR 238.30: Acceptance of Sports Wagers. The Commission is then expected to continue the ongoing discussion of VIP Programs. Commissioner updates are expected to follow, rounding out the meeting.
