Melissa Goff Named Executive Director of Arkansas Real Estate Commission

The Arkansas Real Estate Commission has announced Melissa Goff as its new Executive Director. Goff previously served as Deputy Director for 3.5 years and was appointed Interim Executive Director in August 2024. The appointment was approved by the Commission and Secretary Daryl Bassett of the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing.

The guide provides guidance on advertising standards and compliance for real estate professionals operating in Arkansas. It serves as a resource to help ensure advertising practices meet state regulatory requirements.

Proposed Rules and Public Hearing, April 10 - May 11, 2026

The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AR REC) announces a 30-day public comment period on proposed rules, April 10 through May 11, 2026. The proposed rules are available on the AR REC website. A public hearing is scheduled for May 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the AR REC office in Little Rock. Comments may be submitted via email or mail.
