AVISO PĂšBLICO PROPUESTA DE ADOPCIĂ“N DE REGLAMENTO La Oficina del Comisionado de Instituciones Financieras (OCIF), en virtud de los poderes y facultades que le confiere la Ley NĂşm. 4 de 11 de octubre de 1985, segĂşn enmendada, conocida como "Ley de la Oficina del Comisionado de Instituciones Financieras" y en cumplimiento con la Ley NĂşm. 38-2017, segĂşn enmendada, conocida como "Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo Uniforme del Gobierno de Puerto Rico", notifica su intenciĂłn de aprobar el siguiente reglamento:
- Reglamento Sobre Solicitudes y Cobro de las Determinaciones Administrativas Presentadas en la Oficina del Comisionado de Instituciones Financieras. Este Reglamento tiene como propĂłsito establecer un procedimiento claro y uniforme para la presentaciĂłn, evaluaciĂłn y emisiĂłn de Determinaciones Administrativas relacionadas con cualquier ley o reglamento bajo la jurisdicciĂłn de la OCIF. Asimismo, faculta a la OCIF a establecer, mediante carta circular, los cargos aplicables por la tramitaciĂłn de dichas solicitudes. Copia del reglamento propuesto está disponible para inspecciĂłn durante dĂas laborables, en horario de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. y de 1:00 p.m. a 4:30 p.m., en la DivisiĂłn Legal de la OCIF, ubicada en el Edificio Centro Europa, 1492 Ave. Ponce de LeĂłn, Piso 6, San Juan, PR 00907. De igual modo, se encuentra disponible en la página web de la OCIF, bajo la secciĂłn de Avisos al PĂşblico, en la siguiente direcciĂłn electrĂłnica: www.ocif.pr.gov. Se concede un tĂ©rmino de treinta (30) dĂas, contados a partir de la fecha de publicaciĂłn de este AVISO PĂšBLICO, para presentar a la OCIF comentarios por escrito o solicitar una vista oral sobre la acciĂłn propuesta, exponiendo los fundamentos que, a juicio del solicitante, justifiquen la concesiĂłn de dicha vista. Los comentarios o solicitudes pueden presentarse en el lugar y horario antes indicado, enviarse por correo electrĂłnico a reglamento@ocif.pr.gov, o remitirse por correo postal a la siguiente direcciĂłn: PO Box 11855, San Juan, PR 00910-3855.
