In two cases, however, the operators use the names Trade Alles UK Limited and Trade Alles Management Ltd., claiming to be domiciled in London, United Kingdom. On the website, the operators purport to be registered with the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA registration number given, however, is that of the company Instyle All Trades Limited, Paisley, United Kingdom. BaFin has no information indicating that this company has any connection whatsoever to the website tradealles(.)com and the services offered there. Rather, BaFin assumes that this is a case of identity fraud.

Anyone providing financial, investment or cryptoasset services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin.
