The agency will survey approximately 1,000 commercial truck drivers about parking habits to estimate monetary benefits of new truck parking spaces. China Bags Antidumping Administrative Review Preliminary Results

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results for the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China. Commerce preliminarily determined that Crown Polyethylene Products (International) Ltd. is not eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity. Commerce is rescinding, in part, the administrative review with respect to Dongguan Nozawa Plastics Products Co., Ltd. and United Power Packaging, Ltd. due to no reviewable entries during the POR August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Steel Rebar from Türkiye Antidumping Duty Review Final Results

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Türkiye for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. The review confirmed a weighted-average dumping margin of 18.87 percent for producers/exporters Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. Commerce made no changes to the margin calculation from the preliminary results.

Float Glass Countervailing Duty Orders - China and Malaysia

The International Trade Administration is issuing countervailing duty orders on float glass from China and Malaysia following affirmative final determinations by Commerce and the ITC that subsidized imports are materially injuring the U.S. industry. Commerce will direct CBP to reinstitute suspension of liquidation and assess countervailing duties on unliquidated entries.

Sodium Nitrite from India - Countervailing Duty Review Correction

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a correction notice to the February 24, 2026 final results of the 2022-2023 countervailing duty administrative review of sodium nitrite from India. The correction adds the inadvertent omission of the final partial rescission of this review with respect to three companies: Kutch Chemical Industries, Palvi Industries Limited, and Lotus Global Pvt. Ltd. These companies had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.

Float Glass Antidumping Duty Order - People's Republic of China

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission issued an antidumping duty order on float glass products from the People's Republic of China, effective April 6, 2026. Following ITC's affirmative material injury determination, Commerce is directing CBP to assess AD duties equal to the amount by which normal value exceeds export price on all relevant entries from China. Cash deposits equal to estimated weighted-average dumping margins are required for all subject imports.
