RALEIGH – Contractors for the N.C. Department of Transportation plan to close a section of Western Boulevard and several ramps at its interchange with Interstate 440 to conduct night work.
Western Boulevard will be closed in both directions at the Beltline Friday Night from 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
This means the I-440 West ramp to eastbound Western Boulevard, the eastbound Western Boulevard ramp to I-440 East, the westbound Western Boulevard ramp to I-440 West, and the I-440 East ramp to westbound Western Boulevard will also be closed during the above times.
