Este 21 de abril de 2026, y gracias a una invitación del Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Chile, la Jefa de Medioambiente del Departamento de Planificación de la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), acompañada por la analista del área, Sybil Bitreras, participaron del workshop “Estrategia de Hidrógeno Verde de Corea: El Potencial de Chile como Proveedor en el Pacífico”, organizado por el Programa de Estudios Coreanos de dicha casa de estudios.

El encuentro se inició con las palabras del Embajador de la República de Corea en Chile, Hak-Jae Kim, tuvo por objetivo generar un espacio de diálogo entre actores del ecosistema chileno de hidrógeno verde y expertos de Corea, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de colaboración mutua en el contexto de la transición energética.

El workshop contó con la participación del Director del Hanyang Institute for Energy & the Environment, Dr. Kim Younkyoo, como expositor principal, quien abordó la estrategia energética de Corea en hidrógeno verde.
