Description
Composting of separately collected Garden Waste, mainly arising in North Warwickshire:
Exclusivity to compost Garden Waste collected at the kerbside in North Warwickshire Borough.
The lot may also include (as an additional service) up to an anticipated 30% of the separately collected kerbside Garden Waste tonnage arising in Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough.
HWRC tonnage may be included (as an additional service).
Lot 2. Composting Garden Waste, mainly Nuneaton and Bedworth
Description
Composting of separately collected Garden Waste, mainly arising in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
Exclusivity to compost at least 40% of the Garden Waste collected at the kerbside in Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough. This lot may include up to 100% of the separately collected kerbside Garden Waste tonnage arising in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
HWRC tonnage may be included (as an additional service).
Lot 3. Composting Garden Waste, mainly in Rugby
Description
Composting of separately collected Garden Waste, mainly arising in Rugby .
Exclusivity to compost Garden Waste collected at the kerbside in Rugby Borough.
The lot may also include (as an additional service) up to an anticipated 30% of the separately collected kerbside Garden Waste arising in Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough.
HWRC tonnage may be included (as an additional service).

The identification of additional service recipients, not originally captured by the scope of the contract.
Opportunities offered by emerging/new technologies.
Materialisation of any of the identified risks may result in a permitted modification under Schedule 8 of the Procurement Act 2023. This contract shall bind respective successors and permitted assigns of WCC. A public authority may become a successor to WCC or to a Non-Lead Authority by reason
of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transfer of Functions, Property, Rights and Liabilities) Regulations 2008 or otherwise. If more than one public authority succeeds WCC, prior to such succession, WCC notifies the Contractor of the successor to be the Client.
