Be First requires a response to all elements of the tender, and will not be accepting alternative forms of contract outside of the specified JCT 2024 type of contract, subject to negotiation of certain amendments.
Any exclusions will be considered negatively against the tender quality criteria, which is weighted at 70% of the scoring of the tender submission.
Please raise at your earliest opportunity any questions or requests for clarification to the points of contact below, to allow a response to be issued as soon as practicable.
Please note that the Standard Questionnaire (SQ) must be completed and submitted to the points of contact outlined below. Failure to supply a completed questionnaire will result in the tender submission being rejected on the basis of non-compliance.
