Chemonics Group UK Limited which is implementing the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) Project as part of international technical assistance (hereinafter referred to as Chemonics) invites you to submit a Tender for Procurement of Emergency transportation services.
Based on the results of the Tender, it is planned to conclude Vendor Framework Agreement (VFA) for a period of 1 year.
All requests and clarifications should be sent in writing to the email address: PFRU-Admin@chemonics.com, no later than April 03, 2026, 18:00 Kyiv time.
The deadline for submission of the proposal: April 23, 2026, 15:00 Kyiv time.
