Description
The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) will be operating in the Philippines on Exercise Balikatan under Operation Horizon and will require vehicle rental services with drivers to support mobility within and around the following operational areas:
a) Laoag City, Philippines; with travel as required to Paredes Air Station and Paoay Sand Dunes.
b) Manila, Philippines; including access to Camp Aguinaldo, with travel as required to Clark Air Force Base and Subic Bay.
The services will be required within the overall period of 10 April 2026 to 12 May 2026, with an optional extension depending on the specific service dates by location. The detailed service periods for each operational area are identified in Section 2.1.3 of this Statement of Work (SOW).
