PSPC, on behalf of Transport Canada, has a requirement for consultant services for the planning and install of supplementary monitoring wells at St. John’s International Airport in Newfoundland and Labrador. Invited Firms: This is an RFP against Supply Arrangement EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under this SA are: BGC Engineering; Englobe; Mitchelmore Engineering; and WSP Canada. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
