The work to be completed under this contract is the Construction of Cell 4 at the East Hants C&D Landfill. It includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Construction of Cell 4 and associated site infrastructure, including roadways, drainage features, and sediment and erosion controls.
2. Hauling, placement, grading, and compaction of landfill liner system.
3. Restoration of all disturbed surfaces and services; and
4. All related work and incidentals associated with the above work including traffic control
