Description
1 This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization and BC Cancer Vancouver for the upgrade of all remaining non-LED lighting fixtures throughout the building. - the retrofit of existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with more energy efficient LED products. - some lighting fixtures (downlights, troffers, dishes & linear industrials) will be replaced with new LED equivalent fixtures.- dimmers and occupancy sensors to be installed in some offices and washrooms. - approximately 3200 fixtures will be upgraded or replaced across all floors at VCC.
The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be Mid-October.
